How We Help

Our goal at CDCS is to help service providers deliver quality care that is compliant with regulations, enhances staff productivity and is tailored to client needs.

To optimise the outcomes, we offer a range of services that best meets clients’ needs. This ranges from consulting and tailored project support, training (online and face-to-face), and mentoring, as well as access to online resources and tools, designed to improve compliance and productivity for organisations and individuals working in the aged care and NDIS sectors.

Consulting, Support, Mentoring

We work alongside organisations to identify solutions that will work in their unique circumstances.

Our collaborative consulting approach involves working with you to identify the organisational gaps and the resources needed to resolve them.

Co-creating leads to engaged staff and practical, long-term solutions that are sustainable.

The mentoring that CDCS provides focuses on helping coordinators and managers address issues in a timely manner and support service compliance.

Online Training

To aid those who are not able to utilise our face-to-face services, we have developed online, cost-effective solutions to support you and your team.

Our courses have been developed to support those staff working in the aged and community care industries, however, the information is also relevant to other people working in disability support, health, children and social services, and related industries.

Resources

A range of resource options are available, from the Total Quality Package, which covers all management and operational needs, to individual suites of policies and procedures for Home Care, Community Care, Residential Care, and Medication.

We also have Management and Governance tools, HR and WHS resources, Care Planning & Assessment Guides, Recipes, Audit Tools and Registers, and more.

All your team needs to do is download the latest template and tailor it to suit your organisation.

Funded Support

The Australian Government has a Services Development Assistance Panel program that helps eligible providers access specialist aged care consultants with the experience and expertise to improve their service, pass their quality reviews and develop innovative and relevant resources that meet the needs of their staff and target client base.

CDCS has completed more than thirty SDAP projects, supporting providers in home care, residential and NATSIFAC.
