Home Care Package Changes

Don't forget, from February 2021, as part of the Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA), Home Care Packages Program subsidies and supplements will now be paid in arrears for services delivered. These changes will not affect care recipients’ subsidy entitlements.

Phase Two of the changes will commence in September 2021.
